Marisabel Wendler has always been drawn to languages and music. After studying modern languages at Universidad de Margarita, Venezuela, she spent three years in Qatar, learning Arabic, teaching English at the Venezuelan Embassy, and working at GECF. In 2014, Marisabel obtained a Master’s in Translation and Localization Management from MIIS, launching her dynamic career in the field. Currently, she is a localization program manager at Amazon Music, where she leads the AI and Automation Program. When not immersed in the world of localization, Marisabel can be found on stage as the lead singer and saxophonist of the ska band, Los Ocupados.
