She has crafted a robust strategy, established efficient processes, and implemented essential tools and vendor partnerships. Working with a small, agile team, she has showcased how localization can be both smart and efficient, keeping pace with the company’s growth without expanding the team itself. Before joining Mews, she managed a large team at an e-commerce company, gaining valuable experience in team leadership and project management. Originally from the Netherlands, Naomi traveled the world before settling in Yorkshire in the UK, where she enjoys exploring the local landscape by foot.
