Patrick Gellé runs the Microsoft Dynamics International Engineering organization where he oversees globalization and localization for Dynamics enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management products. He is a 24-year Microsoft localization veteran. Prior to Dynamics, Patrick held the same responsibilities in the Server and Tools division (now Cloud and Enterprise) and in the Developer division. He has a strong track record of spearheading continued engineering and business innovations. Back in 2003, Patrick pioneered and developed the use of machine translation, translation wikis, localization engineering system automation and community localization, and since 1999 has adopted an innovative centralized single multilingual localization and test vendor model. He has been a senior member of the Microsoft International Leadership team since 2002. Patrick holds a BS in electrical engineering and a BA in business, both from the University of Orleans, France.
