Pavel Dunaev has a BS in space ballistics, military interpreting and professional management from the Open University Business School. He is an expert in process optimization, expectations management and software implementation. Pavel has firsthand experience in commercial translation with Moscow-based translation companies, and language services for large-scale projects such as the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee. He is a frequent speaker at industry events including GALA, TFR and UTIC.
