Rachel Varnergardner manages localization and internationalization at Remitly, a global digital remittance company. Prior to Remitly, Rachel spent six years at Amazon, building and managing translation programs across the Customer Service organization. She began her career working at both mid-sized and large LSPs, where she developed her passion for expanding language access for users worldwide. Within the industry in the Pacific Northwest, Rachel has served on the leadership committees for SLUG and Women in Localization.
