Robert Melo has been working for Motorola since 2014, specializing in Android internationalization and localization projects. He architected a set of tools focused on test automation and globalization for Motorola experiences. Robert holds a BS from Unicap (Catholic University of Pernambuco, Brazil) and an MS from UFPE (Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil) in computer science. Currently, he leads the Motorola Android internationalization team by providing technical guidance for the network of linguists and software engineers, enabling font/language support, participating in internationalization/bidi-enabling projects as well as assisting in analyzing and fixing potential localization/internationalization problems.
