Robert O’Keefe is the senior program manager at Citrix and has held a diverse number of roles in the 20+ years he has spent with the company. Based in the UK, he works in a globalization group 70+ strong, spanning four time zones. Overseeing more than 300 releases a year, Robert advocates technical innovation and automation at every stage of the workflow to ensure capacity scales in line with the business. Experienced in Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen, he fosters a culture of continuous process improvement and defect prevention. Robert’s current focus is on combining software analytics with business and customer data to refine the globalization strategy and maximize the opportunity offered by product globalization. In his spare time, he is most likely to be found cycling around the hills in the south of England.
