She gained experience on the vendor side by working as a freelance translator and interpreter before taking over a language quality assurance role at Sony. Currently based in Istanbul, Turkey, Svetlana manages language quality across various Sony business departments and content types including Sony’s global consumer electronics and professional products websites. Her main focus is on bringing and implementing the best industry practices in order to deliver high-quality content contributing to the buying decision of the end customer.
