Terence Maikels oversees the enterprise translation program at Starbucks. He was initially brought in to Starbucks in 2009 to manage the retail learning organization’s global English program and would later lead localization efforts across all retail training programs for Starbucks international markets. In 2014, Terence began overseeing the newly created enterprise translation program at Starbucks, which had developed as part of a cross-functional initiative to create and centralize localization standards and governance. His favorite Starbucks beverage: a short flat white with extra foam.
