Thomas Chou is a globalization project manager currently working for the Global Shared Services Center team at the China Development Lab IBM Taiwan. He was technical lead for IBM Lotus products in the past. Now Thomas is project manager for IBM industry solutions products. He is also an IBM certified IBM Lotus products administrator/developer and has extensive knowledge of cloud computing and agile.
