Xavier Maza has an extensive background in translation and management. He started his career as a freelance translator in the early 90’s before joining iDISC and evolving from roles in project management and production management to client services manager. Xavier currently supervises sales, customer services, and quotes company wide. He manages a team of sales professionals and receives support from, and interacts with, the marketing team and CEO.
