Additional furniture, monitors, etc. are not included and must be purchased separately by the exhibitor from the exhibit company.
All exhibits will be built using the beMatrix system. End and standalone exhibits will have one 3m or 4m wall and one 2m wall – leaving two sides open. Middle exhibits will have only one 3m or 4m wall side open.
Additional food service stations may be added to the exhibit hall as needed, but beverages will only be placed at the already marked ‘food and beverage’ locations.
Anyone interested in more than one exhibit, should select exhibits that are placed either next to each other, or at the end of a row of back to back exhibits. Exhibits that are back to back in the middle of a row of exhibits cannot be combined due to the service space that needs to run between them.

JUNE 5:
- Morning through 2:30pm: Exhibit Company Set Up – Exhibitors are NOT welcome to be on the exhibit floor during this set up.
- 2:30pm-5:30pm: Exhibitors load into Exhibits
- Time TBD: Optional Exhibitor Welcome Meeting: a quick 15 minute hello with the organizers to go over schedule and any last minute questions.
- Evening: Opening Reception Event
JUNE 6:
- 8:30am-5:30pm Exhibit Hall Open to Attendees
- Evening: Dinner Event
JUNE 7:
- 8:30am-4:45pm Exhibit Hall Open to Attendees
- 4:45pm-5:30pm Final Session with Giveaway (please see youtube video for details)
- 4:45pm-6:30pm Exhibitors load out of Exhibits
- 4:45pm-11:00pm Exhibit company removes exhibits

Any interested exhibiting company can participate in Giveaway drawing at the closing session of the main Conference, please watch the video below to learn how. All interested exhibitors must let the organizer know they would like to be included in the giveaway event by the morning of Friday, June 7.
