Included with exhibits

  • Either an 8′ wide by 8′ tall, or 12’ wide by 8’ tall, back drape in blue with 3’ tall and 8’ wide side drapes in blue.
  • A standard furniture package (6′ white skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket, one standard power outlet, basic ID sign). Furniture substitutions are possible – additional costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
  • AV rentals and additional graphics/signage are possible, however, to allow the best visibility for all in the exhibit hall such items must be placed against the back drape – additional costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
  • Wireless Internet access
  • Company listing with link on locworld.com and networking app
  • Lead Capture App access for team
  • One free conference registration for one person
  • One additional attendee registration at a reduced rate of $975.00

Additional furniture, monitors, etc. are not included and must be purchased separately by the exhibitor from the exhibit company.

All exhibits will be made of pipe and blue drape. The side drapes will be 3 feet tall and the back drape will be 8 feet tall.

Please be aware that, to create the best visibility for all exhibits, all exhibitors will be asked to place any items over 3 feet tall (graphics, signage, etc.) against the back wall.

Exhibitors will be contacted by Curtin directly, and they will share the Exhibitor Services Kit (ESK) and a link to their online ordering system.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

  • September 25: First day advance shipments can arrive at warehouse
  • October 8: Deadline for advance/discount pricing for Curtin items. Also deadline for specialty furniture orders, and receiving any art for ordered signs/graphics.
  • October 25: Deadline for advance shipments to arrive at warehouse, also deadline for any advance shipments paperwork and payment, as well as deadline to cancel any display labor that may have been arranged.

Please note: This venue has a Union agreement in place, and those rules will impact how much exhibitors can do:

Hand Carry and Set Up– If an Exhibitor can carry the full contents of their booth materials in one trip by one person without the use of a hand truck, dolly, or wheels, they are free to hard carry the items in at no charge. Exhibitors must self-park and then bring materials through the main entrance of the Exhibit Hall. Multiple trips are not permitted. They may set up their exhibit display if one person can do so in less than one half-hour, without the use of tools. If more than one person is needed for set up, arrangements must be made for Union labor (any such costs are the responsibility of the exhibitor).

Monday, October 28:

  • Morning: Curtin exhibit set up – Please note no exhibitors are welcome until 12:00pm
  • 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Exhibitor Load In
  • 2:00 pm – 2:15 pm: 15 minute Optional Welcome Meeting – A quick meeting to say hello, go over the schedule, and answer any questions. All are welcome, none are required
  • Evening: Opening Reception Networking Event

Tuesday, 29 October:

  • Solutions Square Hours: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Evening: Dinner Networking Event

Wednesday, 30 October: 

  • Solutions Square Hours: 9:00 am – 4:45 pm
  • 4:45 pm – 5:30 pm: Closing Session and Giveaway
  • 4:45 pm – 7:00 pm: Exhibitor Load Out
  • 7:00 pm: All exhibitors must be clear from hall

Any interested exhibiting company can participate in Giveaway drawing at the closing session of the main Conference, please watch the video below to learn how. All interested exhibitors must let the organizer know they would like to be included in the giveaway event by the morning of Wednesday, October 30.
