Up Close and Personal: A Conversation about Women Leadership

Wednesday, April 14, 2021, 9:00-10:00 am Pacific Time

Our panel of women leaders will give us insight into their career paths, their personal challenges, what’s changed along the way and where they see the role of women leaders in 2021 and beyond.

Kathleen Bostick will moderate a panel comprised of Cecilia Maldonado and Nathalie Zimmerman, localization professionals who have years of experience to share with you. Join us to learn what they see as the role of women leaders in the future. Then you can participate in the question and answer time following the discussion.

Nathalie H. Zimmerman

Senior Localization Manager, Precor

Born and raised in France, Nathalie Zimmerman moved to Washington state where she began her career with Microsoft, working in the International Product Group (more specifically localizing Microsoft Project for Windows and the Macintosh). During the past 30-plus years, she has honed her localization management skills at companies such as Getty Images, Cisco, Spacelabs Healthcare, and most recently, Precor Incorporated where she has been for over nine years. Nathalie built the localization department from scratch including a fully centralized localization workflow with an in-depth marketing in-country review process. She also informally supported the Amer Sports brands over the years (Precor is a member of Amer Sports, a global leader in sporting goods). Nathalie’s proven accomplishments leading the successful localization program at Precor, managing relationships with her localization agency, as well as supporting in-country review teams, led Amer Sports to invite her to support the organization in 2019 as a global translation lead while continuing her current role at Precor. She has a bachelor’s degree in project management.
