With all of the industry buzz on agile approaches and big data, we forget that we are uniquely positioned to make a difference on the stepchildren of these domains — responsiveness and little data. In this panel discussion, we’ll explore the “little data” we are uniquely positioned to contribute to our businesses to help move the bottom line, and responsiveness across our local markets that our industry is well positioned to deliver at scale. We’ll share the ways we’ve found to enable fast change, multiple iterations, instant feedback and small adjustments in areas like A/B testing, social engagement and marketing optimization.
