All exhibits will be built with the beMatrix system, with carpeting, and three spotlights as lighting. End and standalone exhibits will have an open side and end; middle exhibits will have one open side.

Additional furniture, monitors, etc. are not included and must be purchased separately by the exhibitor from the exhibit company.

Tuesday, June 3:

• Morning – 2:00 pm: Exhibit Company set up exhibits
• 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Exhibitors welcome to load in
• 3:00 pm – 3:15 pm: Exhibitors welcome meeting, a 15 minute optional meeting with LocWorld organizers to say hello, discuss the upcoming schedule, and answer any questions
• 6:30 pm: Opening Reception Networking Event

Wednesday, June 4:

• Solutions Square Hours: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
• 6:30 pm: Dinner Networking Event, followed by After Dinner Event

Thursday, June 5:

• Solutions Square Hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
• 4:30 pm – 5:15 pm: Closing Session and Exhibitor Giveaway (participation details listed here)
• 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm: Exhibitors load out of exhibit hall and exhibit company remove exhibits

Deadlines to take note of:

• May 13: Graphics deadline. Graphics will not be accepted after this date.
• May 13: Final date for ordering additional items at the regular price. After this date all prices will have an additional 30% surcharge added.
• May 29-June 2: Warehouse and delivery goods may arrive at the warehouse weekdays between 7:00am and 4:00pm.
• June 3: Any additional items ordered during move in will incur an additional 50% surcharge.

Any interested exhibiting company can participate in Giveaway drawing at the closing session of the main Conference, please watch the video below to learn how. All interested exhibitors must let the organizer know they would like to be included in the giveaway event by the morning of Thursday, June 5.
