FedTerm: Manage and Share Your Terminology in a Global Network

FedTerm, the Eurotermbank Federated Network is a language technology project cofunded by the European Union (EU) and is free to anyone that wants to join. FedTerm works on a sophisticated network of terminology management that could be interesting for African countries and the world. In this presentation, we will demonstrate the FedTerm network and show the benefits of a sophisticated and customizable terminology solution that:

• Assists in terminology import, export, and management
• Is able to exchange information between other network members to continuously improve the network
• Has been developed by academic and technological EU industry leaders on artificial intelligence and language technologies

Then, attendees will be invited to discuss their terminology needs and challenges together with the FedTerm consortium. To help attendees understand what they can get from the FedTerm project, we recorded two short videos:
