Carola Hahn leads the global Content Operations Team of ZEISS’s Medical Technology Segment. Her team covers the core disciplines of content development, translation management, linguistic assets and data management, and information architecture/technological infrastructure. Both governance and operations responsibilities are centralized within her team. She places a special strategic focus on designing and implementing future-proof processes and data-driven automation, with the aim of unlocking the value of language data for a wide variety of current and future business applications, thereby supporting innovation and digitalization across the entire company.
Carola has been working in the language industry for twenty years. Previously, she held positions such as Head of Translations at Fresenius Medical Care GmbH, Head of Project Management at Lionbridge Germany, and worked as a consultant for translation management, process optimization, and content strategy.
