Over the past seven years, she has led Translated’s Quality Management department, working closely with major enterprise clients to design and implement quality management programs for both human and machine translation. Renowned for delivering scalable, top-quality localization solutions, Helen combines a human-centric approach with Translated’s technical expertise. Most recently, she has focused on refining quality evaluation (QE) models and integrating large language models (LLMs) into quality management workflows.
