Kriz Chan’s localization journey started in Singapore with Airbnb in Language Management, focusing on Asian languages and quality ownership. She then moved into localization program management as she discovered her passion for scaling internationalization-friendly UI solutions across various interfaces. This took her to London, Berlin and most recently, New York. She is now with Meta, specializing in establishing quality evaluation framework for GenAI products, saliency checks for multilingual LLM datasets, product UI localization and leveraging linguistic/market insights on content A/B testing to illustrate the impact of localization.
