Manon Debuire began her localization career at an LSP in Boston, supporting global companies in expanding their localization efforts. She later moved to Montréal to manage support content localization at a tech company, eventually expanding her scope to product UI content. Today, Manon leads the localization team at Lightspeed, overseeing both product and support content localization across Retail, Hospitality, and Financial services. Outside of work, she serves as Global Sponsorship & Fundraising Program Director for Women in Localization and enjoys staying active through Barre, Pilates, and Spin.
