This creative foundation was complemented by years as a regional translation manager. As Director of Language Quality at KnowBe4, helping organizations strengthen their security culture and manage human risk, she now leads a widespread Quality Assurance team, ensuring content localization fuels market expansion and user feedback powers data-driven strategy. Priscila further champions the field through her volunteer work in Women in Localization as the Metrics program director.
