Vieux Valcin is a dedicated translation and localization management student at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, with a strong focus on localization engineering. He actively hones his technical expertise in artificial intelligence, translation management, and multimodal AI. A skilled programmer proficient in both frontend and backend development, Vieux also brings strength in complex statistical problem-solving. Currently, he works as a computational linguist at Labelbox in San Francisco, where he contributes to the development of advanced GenAI systems — such as chatbots, recommender engines, and voice assistants — across multiple linguistic domains.
