The Google developer’s global social strategy requires an agile blog translation process that considers content with a short shelf life and eight time zones. In this session, we will discuss the collaboration involved in overcoming these challenges and the transition from a waterfall-like process to continuous delivery. In order to achieve the right balance between speed, quality and costs, both client and supplier needed to work together to find an approach that leveraged available technologies and introduced greater amounts of automation. The current process allows our teams to request, process and manage change in a continuous and fast delivery environment.
Takeaways: Automation and process unification are the keys to achieving continuous agile deliveries. Collaboration is required on both sides (client + supplier).
