Ari Karampour is a technology strategy leader with a background in computer engineering and more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry. She began her career as a programmer and has since focused on building systems that make work more scalable, efficient, and intelligent. Since joining Indeed in 2022, Ari has led the Technology and Automation team within Localization, overseeing data analytics, technology platforms, automation, and AI and machine translation initiatives. In her role, she manages a team of product, program, and project managers who design customizable workflows, use data to support better decision-making, build tools that help teams work more effectively, and apply AI as a decision layer to ensure the right level of human involvement.
