Bea Verdasco leads Global Language Experience at Trendyol Group, EMEA’s largest e-commerce platform, where she has built language operations from the ground up across 17 languages and 35+ markets. With 20 years in localization and over a decade leading multicultural global teams, she previously scaled localization at KAYAK, OpenTable, and Redbubble. Her work sits at the intersection of linguistics, technology, and data, with a focus on hybrid AI and human workflows, integrated quality systems, and teams built around ownership. She holds business training from IE Business School and a Master’s in Linguistics. She speaks regularly on localization, language intelligence, and AI.
