Belén Rubalcaba is a localization manager with over 25 years of experience in translation and localization project and program management. She is passionate about localization technology and process efficiency. In her current role, Belén manages the PTC training localization program and is also a vendor manager for the localization department. Having been actively involved with the PTC terminology program since its beginning, she is in charge of driving terminology management across all PTC organizations to ensure that their terminology is accurate, consistent with industry standards, consistent across products, usable, translatable, and accessible inside and outside the corporation.
