Carrie Fischer is the Globalization Services Manager at Subway, headquartered in Shelton, CT. She is responsible for the company’s globalization strategy. With over 30 years of experience in localization, she has previously held roles at Bodybuilding.com, Hyperion/Oracle, and Transparent Language.
Carrie is a board member of Women in Localization, the largest female-led nonprofit in the localization industry. She also serves as a mentor through Mentor Ease, Women in Localization’s mentorship platform, and is passionate about localization outreach to academia.
