Gary Condon is a Responsible AI Research Consultant based in Dublin, focused on the ethical and human-centered dimensions of AI systems. He holds an MSc in Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence from TU Dublin, graduating with First Class Honours, and has published peer-reviewed research on bias evaluation in agentic AI workflows. Before moving into AI, Gary spent over 25 years leading global software engineering teams across Ireland, India, the United States, and China, with a focus on internationalization and localization. He brings both a research background and enterprise delivery experience to conversations about how AI is built responsibly.
