Her journey started with a degree in Translation & Interpreting—studied first in Venice and then in London—before moving into project management on the vendor side. She transitioned to the client side to gain new perspectives, spending over four years at Amazon before choosing fintech for the opportunity to make a greater impact. As Qonto’s one-person localization team, Giulia bridges language, design, and technology, experimenting with new tools and optimizing workflows while balancing innovation and governance in a fast-moving, AI-first environment.
