As director of human resources (HR) for the Europe Welocalize Life Sciences Division, Marta Altimira is responsible for developing organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture and talent with business goals. With a passion for the business of talent acquisition, management and retention, Marta has a strong background in operations through 18 years of professional experience in a variety of roles at Nova Language Services, acquired by Welocalize in 2016. Over the past ten years she has developed a signature internship program that ensures an ever-flowing pipeline of incoming talent at the base of the organization, which has been key in the company’s strategy to address rapid growth while sustaining consistent quality of service.
