Martyna Pakula was born and raised in Poland, however, her fascination with foreign cultures and languages quickly made her explore other countries. She studied translation, interpretation, and Spanish literature in Spain, then finished her MA degree in Dutch studies in Belgium where she started her career in localization. After six years of Belgian chocolates, fries, and rain, she decided to make one of her dreams come true and move to sunny California. Silicon Valley turned out to be a vibrant localization hub, so she cannot imagine a better place for her. Over the years, she transformed from a passionate linguist to a thought leader managing teams across the globe and helping clients achieve their goals.
