End and standalone exhibits will have an open side and an open end, middle exhibits will have one open side.
NOTE: Exhibitors interested in more than one exhibit need to select exhibits that are placed either next to each other, or at the end of a row of back-to-back exhibits. Exhibits that are back-to-back in the middle of a row of exhibits cannot be combined due to the service space that needs to run between them.
Included with each exhibit
Each exhibit is made out of the beMartix system and includes:
- Exhibit Furniture Package: one table, two chairs, one literature rack, one waste basket
- One standard power outlet
- Two spotlights (for exhibit lighting)
- A basic company ID sign
- WIFI access
- Company listing with link on locworld.com
- Company description in LocWorld networking app
- Lead Capture access
- One free/included registration
- One discounted rate registration for EUR1050 (+ 23%VAT)
Additional furniture, monitors, etc. are not included and must be purchased separately by the exhibitor from the exhibit company.
