Now as founder and co-CEO at Language I/O, Heather and her team are focused on making multilingual customer support a seamless process for large companies and placing it within reach for small ones. She leads a development team at Language I/O that builds and maintains translation apps embedded in all major customer relationship management platforms, allowing monolingual customer service agents to provide chat support, ticket support, and author FAQs in any language.
