Jorgelina “Lina” Venturi,  is talent solutions manager at tbotalent. Originally from Cordoba, Argentina, but with a touch of California in her heart from a five-year stay in 2006. She started off in software engineering at Cordoba’s University of Technology, but her love for languages pulled her in a different direction. With over ten years in the localization industry, Lina has tried everything from coordinating projects to managing them, and she’s even climbed the ladder to senior business leadership. With her extensive background, experience, and passion for clients, Lina is all about crafting custom solutions to make sure every experience is totally unique and special. She is a loving wife and mom to three girls, a swimming enthusiast, and lover of the outdoors.
