Melissa Sterner studied German and Chinese at the University of Delaware, holds a master’s in translation from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, and has been working in the localization industry since 2017. She currently leads localization at LastPass, where she collaborates with teams across the business to ensure that LastPass’ global users are equipped with an authentic, in-language user experience. Melissa is passionate about promoting a global-first mindset and loves learning about new developments in localization technology. In her free time, she enjoys teaching fitness classes, walking her dog, and exploring the food scene in New York City.
