Rose Morgan joined the Spotify localization team in July 2022, starting as marketing localization manager. Since early 2024, she has been operating in the capacity of localization operations manager. Her team sits across the globe and supports execution of localization projects to bring Spotify product and marketing experiences to more global users in over 70 languages. Before this, she held roles within localization and HR at Amazon for eight years.
